What we collect
This website has no forms and does not ask for or store your personal details. When you contact us on WhatsApp, we receive what you choose to send: your WhatsApp name and number and the details of your trip or shipment.
We do not collect payment details on this website.
Why we use it
We use your details only to respond to your request, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver the service. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
How long we keep it
We keep your WhatsApp conversation only as long as we need it to answer you and, if you go ahead, to deliver the service, unless we must keep it longer for a contract or a legal obligation.
Who can see it
Only authorised PAIDAR staff. The WhatsApp buttons on this website open WhatsApp with a short message to our business number; nothing is sent until you tap Send in your own WhatsApp account. Messages are carried by WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
Security
This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and WhatsApp messages are end-to-end encrypted by WhatsApp.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by contacting us. We will respond within the time required by law.
