If you need a fixed, planned pickup, especially early in the morning or for a flight, a private or airport taxi gives you more certainty.
How to request a ride
Contact us with your location and destination. For regular rides, for example a daily commute, message us on WhatsApp so we can suggest a better arrangement.
Tips for a quick pickup
- Share an exact pickup point or a landmark the driver can find easily.
- Have the destination name or a map pin ready.
- Tell us if you are carrying large luggage or travelling with more than three people.
- If you need the car at a fixed time, book a private taxi in advance instead.

For a repeated daily trip, ask us for a quote. A fixed arrangement often works out simpler.

Yes. Send the passenger’s pickup point and phone number, and we will coordinate with them directly.
Can I ask for a larger car?
Yes. Mention the number of passengers and bags in your request. For a family with luggage, a family taxi is often the better fit.
