Getting students to school on time, every day
School transport is a daily commitment. Children need to be picked up at the same time, travel safely and arrive before classes begin. We plan fixed routes and timings that schools and parents can rely on.
For schools
Schools can contract a full transport service for their students. We plan routes based on student addresses and school hours, and agree how changes, absences and new students are handled.
For parents
Groups of parents in the same area can also ask about a shared route. Tell us the school, the neighbourhoods and the number of students.
What we agree before the term starts
- Routes, pickup points and timings.
- Who the school or parents contact for daily changes.
- The process for absences and route changes.

- Advance notice of any change to the route or times.
- Clear rules on who may receive younger students at drop-off.
Questions
Can you transport students from more than one school?
Each route is planned separately. Tell us the schools involved and we will advise.
How are parents informed about delays?
We agree a communication method with the school or parents before the service starts.
What happens during school holidays?
Routes follow the school calendar agreed at the start of the term, so holidays are planned in advance.
Can a student join mid-term?
Yes, if there is a seat on a suitable route. Send the address and the school, and we will confirm.
