Transport planned around the pilgrimage
A pilgrimage programme is a chain of movements: arrival at the airport, the transfer to the hotel in Makkah, the journey to Madinah, ziyarah visits and the return. Each one has to run on time for the whole group. We plan the bus movements around your programme so pilgrims can focus on their worship.
Who we work with
- Licensed Umrah companies and agencies.
- Hajj service providers for domestic and international pilgrims.
- Organisations sending groups for Umrah.
Typical movements
- Airport arrivals and departures (for example Jeddah and Madinah) to and from hotels.
- Makkah to Madinah and back.
- Ziyarah tours: see Makkah ziyarah and Madinah ziyarah.
- Transfers between hotels and the Haram.
Vehicles and luggage
- Pilgrim groups: full-size coaches. Tell us the number of suitcases so we can plan the luggage space.
- A family or small group with luggage: a Hyundai Staria or a GMC Yukon.
- Up to four passengers with light luggage: a sedan.
Let us know how many people are travelling and how many bags, including Zamzam cartons. The vehicle is confirmed in your quote.
During Hajj season
Transport during Hajj, especially between the holy sites, follows the official arrangements set by the authorities for that season. Tell us about your programme and we will confirm which movements we can cover.
Planning a programme with us
- Send the programme dates, group sizes, flights and hotels.
- We propose the buses and a movement schedule.
- Once the contract is agreed, we confirm vehicles and drivers for every movement.

Questions
Can a family book Umrah transport directly?
Yes. For a family travelling on its own, a family taxi or airport taxi is usually the right choice. Group programmes are arranged with the Umrah or Hajj service provider.
Do you cover trips between Makkah and Madinah?
Include them in your programme and we will confirm the schedule and vehicles in the quote.
How early should we plan for Ramadan and Hajj?
As early as possible. Demand for buses peaks in these seasons.
